The trilogy

One transformation, told in three parts.

Book One takes the identity apart. Book Two rebuilds it as an operating system. Book Three is about holding that system long enough for it to mean something, real trading sustainability and consistency, and what tends to happen in the rest of your life once it does. Each book stands on its own. Read in order for the full arc.

Survive Yourself

Why Intelligent Traders Self-Destruct Under Uncertainty

This is the book for the moment the problem stops being knowledge. You understand your setups. You have felt weeks of clean execution. Then the curve bends back, and it is not because you are unintelligent or because the market is unfair. Trading is an identity test conducted under uncertainty, and Book One is the psychological deconstruction of why that test breaks so many capable people: the biology working against you, the emotional rollercoaster it produces, the real cost of risk of ruin, and the identity shift that has to happen before any system can hold.

THE
OPERATING
SYSTEM
Book Two

The Operating System

A Framework for Trading Without Self-Sabotage

Book Two assumes you already know the identity work needs doing, and hands you the architecture. Willpower is not reliable enough to trust with real capital, so this book replaces it with a seven-stage operating loop: prepare your state before the session starts, read the conditions honestly, commit to a plan before pressure arrives, execute without renegotiating, protect capital when it counts, review without ego, and compound one correction at a time. Precise, measured, and built to be used the same way every single day.

ANTIFRAGILE
DECISIONS
Book Three

Antifragile Decisions (working title)

Applying Probabilistic Thinking to Life, Work, and Performance

Book Three's core subject is still trading: what it actually takes to stay consistent and sustainable over years rather than one good stretch. The same discipline that makes that possible tends not to stay confined to the chart, and Book Three follows it honestly into a career decision, a strained relationship, a health setback, without pretending life application was ever the starting point. Not self-help. Calibrated decision-making, extended past the chart, for a reader who no longer needs to be convinced that probability, not certainty, is the honest way to operate.
